Flat Rate, Round-Trip Shipping

  • All of our orders to the contiguous United States ship with flat rate shipping for only $10 per order. It doesn't matter how small or large your order is.
  • Every order is insured round-trip by the carrier. We typically use FedEx, but can switch to UPS if desired. Every order has a tracking number that allows you to track your rental equipment.
  • Every rental includes a return label for automatically sending your rental items back at no cost to you.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and parts of Canada may require additional shipping and handling costs. We will contact you if this is necessary.

 

Delivery and Returns

  • Unless otherwise specified, someone must be available to sign for the delivery. If no one is available, the carrier may leave without delivering the package. This can cause delivery to be delayed or canceled entirely. In this case, no refunds will be accepted. If you are unable to sign for your package, please contact us to discuss options.
  • You must return your equipment using the pre-paid return label to an authorized carrier facility by 4:00PM local time on the return day. Returns after 4:00PM may delay the package and result in an After-Four Late Fee of $9.
  • We highly recommend obtaining a proof of drop-off receipt when returning your package to an authorized carrier location. You are responsible for the rental items until you have this receipt in hand.

Late Returns

  • In the event that you return your equipment to an authorized carrier late, you will be automatically charged the following fees:
    • After-Four Late Fee: $9 per rental item. This is charged if you return your equipment to the authorized carrier after 4:00PM local time on the final day of your rental period.
    • Per Day Late Fee: Varies. This is charged per day if you fail to return your equipment. The cost of the Per Day Late Fee is based on your original rental amount, divided by number of rental days.
    • When you have a late return, we may at our discretion, charge you the full replacement value for the rental items. Please communicate with us when returning items late to avoid this. This can be refunded to you once we receive the rental items back in our facility, less any late fees.
